yes, this reply is for Julie who heard the pop on her tv and then had a dim picture. it happened to me, and I paid 100.00 to Best Buy rip offs to tell me it was the Y system. I paid them to replace it, and they told me, I needed the same part on the right side of the tv as well. The tech fixed it , assuring me that the problem was not the the Pannel. The tv worked beautifully for a few days and then popped again. He wouldn't fix it a second time even though the warrenty guaranteed it. he said it was the pannel, which he said cost 1,700 to replace. i had already paid almost 500. counting the incorrect diagnosis!! Now "im fighting for a refund of the parts and labor fee. BEST BUY is CRAP!
