Cindy was absolutely fantastic when we had to take our 18(or so)-year-old cat to their place for cremation. It was late, and dark, but Cindy told us to come on anyway. We got lost and were late getting there, but she was still waiting for us outside (it was also cold out), to make sure we knew we were in the right place. She was very kind - leaving us with our kitty to say our good-byes, and talking to us about our pets - and gentle, and we lft feeling that we had definitely left our Miss Kitty in the best hands. A few days later, she called, and we went back out to retrieve the ashes. Again, wonderful people.
