I called Maids on the Lake on a Tuesday to schedule a cleaning of my elderly father's town house for Saturday. She accepted the appointment and I assumed everything would be ok. I called back on Wednesday to figure out how we would pay, since my dad doesn't really handle money any more. She told me that she would call me back in a couple of hours. After I didn't hear back that evening, I called again the next day and left a message. That call was not returned either. I gave up trying to contact them and just hoped they'd at least show up for the appointment. Apparently that was asking too much also. I spoke to my dad 3 hours after they were due to show up and he hadn't heard or seen anyone. I can't speak to the quality of service, but if it is even close to the lack of professionalism, responsiveness or communication, I would steer clear. There are plenty of other services that would be glad to actually show up and do the job.

As for the gentleman who wrote the review, my company does not clean without payment received at time of service! We do not send out a bill and wait for payment!! I do have local realtors and long time clients that I will bill, but as for your ederly father, I am sorry he cannot handle money, but I have employees to pay and can't do IOU's! My company is highly reputable and extremely professional! Next time send a signed check to your father call to set up time and date for a service and when service is done they can get paid!
