Not being too sure what to expect, taking an acting class in Connecticut, I was a little guarded. The class was such a reasonable price I wondered about what the quality might be like. I was so surprised to be greeted by such a friendly, knowledgeable instructor, Reno Venturi. The location of the class was impressive since it takes place at a major movie studio. They even happen to be working on a film and Mr. Venturi arranged for the entire class to sit in for a while! That was worth the price of admission. The class was so fun that the 2 1/2 hours seem to fly by. I learned so much in such a short amount of time. Mr. Venturi has a way of making everyone feel special and included. I have since taken other classes at the Actors Gym and have been able to put my experience to good use. The Actors Gym has helped me find numerous auditions and casting agents in addition to giving every actor a web page to post their resume and head shots...all at NO CHARGE. Guess I am rambling but you have to know, Mr. Venturi and the Actors Gym are the "real deal"... ask anyone who has ever taken a class there! Valente
