We were very impressed by the quick response and understanding of this particular business. Our dog was sick and made a huge mess all over the house late at night. I went online the next morning very early and found TNT Chem-Dry. I emailed them a request for an estimate and within a few minutes they actually called me right back. Long story short they were able to clean our carpet within a few hours of initial contact and when I came home during lunch to pay for the cleaning the carpet looked brand new and the house smelled very clean. It was like the dog experience never happened. I highly recommend TNT Chem-Dry.
