MEMBERSHIP
- How can I list my business Free?
You can click the Get Listed link at the right side of the LocalWin home page. You can then choose
the Free Listing Package and create a LocalWin member account. You may update your basic business profile
and submit the states, metro areas that you would like your
business to be
listed.
- What are the privileges of Free Business
Listing?
Your business is listed at no cost.
- How can I upgrade Free membership to Standard or Premium
membership?
You can logon to your account and click Get Listed link and choose standard or premium
listing links
to upgrade your account.
- What is the advantage of Standard or Premium
Listing?
Your business will have a guaranteed listing in the state or metro
areas you
choose. You will take one of the limited number of available spots in
the relevant
states. Premium listings appear at the top of the directory above much
of your competitio, so customers see you first. Once you subscribe to a standard listing,
you’ll be listed in the main section of the directory, above the free
listings and your business logo will be displayed to attract attention of the potential clients.
- How can I cancel my account?
You can cancel your account by unsubscribing to listing services
after logging
on to your account.
- How can I cancel my Standard or Premium Business
Listing?
You can cancel your Standard or Premium Listing by unsubscribing to
listing
services after logging on to your account.
- Can I have more than one member account?
No, you can have only one username for a business. Our system and
administrator
monitor our databases for duplicate entrees. However, if you have
multiple
businesses, you can create multiple user accounts for each of your
businesses.
- What do I have to do if I can not register?
Send us an e-mail at support@localwin.com
or use contact
us form and let us know what error messages you are
getting.
- I forgot my password, what should I do?
Click on recover
link and
enter your e-mail to have your password forwarded by our system.

BUSINESS LISTINGS
- My company Listing does not appear on the first page.
Why is that?
You have registered your company under Free business listing. Free
business
listed companies are not guaranteed to be listed on the first page.
You can
upgrade to standard or premium business listing.
- What do I have to do to have my company listed in a
State?
You can register your company under Free, Standard or Premium
Business Listings. Click one of the State Listings links under "Get Listed Now" section on the right side of your screen.
- What do I have to do to have my company listed on the
first page
in a State?
You can register your company under Standard or Premium Business
Listings and your company will appear on the first page.
This will guarantee your placement on the first page. Click one of
the State
Listings links under "Get Listed Now" section on the
right side
of your screen.
- What do I have to do to have my company listed in a Metro
Area?
You can register your company under Free, Standard or Premium
Business Listings.
Click one of the Metro Area Listing links under "Get Listed
Now"
section on the right side of the LocalWin homepage.
- What do I have to do to have my company listed on the

in a Metro Area?
You can register your company under Standard or Premium Business
Listings.
This will guarantee your placement on the first page.
- I have more than one office in one state. Can I register
my companies'
two offices separately in the same state?
No, you can register only one main office. You can provide details
of other
offices in special notes section.
- My company has presence in more that one state and metro
area. Can
I register my company in two or more states or metro
areas?
Yes, you can select multiple states and metro areas to list your
business with one username and account.
VIEWING & CHANGING LISTING DETAILS
- What do I have to do to change my account
information? My company address, phone number have changed. What do I need to do?
You can logon to your account by clicking My account link on the Localwin home page. You can
click My Profile link and update your information.
- How do I cancel my order?
We have a 30 day money back guarantee. After 30 days, you can still
cancel
your order; you will be entitled to service fee. Please review terms
& conditions for more details.
- How can I close my account?
You can send us an e-mail at support@localwin.com
to close your account.
