Contact information of potential contractors and business owners seeking clients (the "Business Owner") is collected in order for LocalWin to list the business information as identified in our services. This collected information may be stored on our servers in more than one location only in the United States. This information may be kept as identified in the welcome email which is sent to the Business Owner by email after subscribing to LocalWin services. Upon the request of the Business Owner through support@localwin.com, or through membership system, this information may be reviewed, amended, or deleted LocalWin accord.
ii. Contact information of potential clients (the “Client”) searching Business Owners is collected in order for LocalWin to find the best licensed contractors to serve the needs of the Client. The Clients filling LocalWin contact forms or affiliate lead forms accept to share their Contact information to be used by relevant parties to conduct business. This collected information may be stored on our servers in more than two locations only in the United States and sent to the Business Owner or affiliates of LocalWin. This information may be kept for at least 18 (eighteen) months on our servers. The Client must provide detailed information about the service requested. No financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date) is collected from the Client for free quote request matching services. This information is used to link the Client with appropriate Business Owner and/or affiliate. The information may also be used to contact the Client to verify or clarify the service request or to customize the Client’s Web site experience or future LocalWin communication. Upon the request of the Client from support@localwin.com and LocalWin accord, this information may be reviewed, amended, or deleted.
Some of this information will be sent to Business Owners, or contractors who will need this information to respond to the Client or to other persons or entities in connection with our business. By providing this information to LocalWin, or by submitting a service request, the Client is requesting, and expressly consent to being contacted by LocalWin and by LocalWin’s Business Owners, or contractors and providers via phone, fax, email, mail or other reasonable means that the Client provides, at any of the Client’s contact numbers or addresses, even if the Client is listed on any federal, state, provincial or other applicable "Do Not Call" list.
You agree that by completing a service request or subscribing to our services, you are entering into a business relationship with LocalWin and its affiliates or agents and thus agree to be contacted by LocalWin and/or its agents or affiliates. This collected information may be stored on our servers in more than one location only in the United States. This information may be kept as identified in the welcome email which is sent to the Business Owner by email after subscribing to LocalWin services. Financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date) is collected from the Business Owner to provide the paid services agreed by the Business Owner. No financial information is shared with any third parties, or affiliates of LocalWin.
