Providing Feedback
1. Find a business that you want to review.
2. Click Write a review link icon.
3. Login to your consumer account if you are not already logged in.
4. On the Write a Review page, enter your feedback rating for the business owner and any comments about your experience.
5. Review your feedback, and then click Submit.
Once review has been submitted, it cannot be changed. Please check your ratings and comments carefully before clicking Submit.
As a consumer, how can I rate business owner?
Consumers shall leave fair, informational and honest feedback based on the quality and professionalism of the business owner for the service provided or task completed. Please keep in mind that a review cannot be changed once posted.
A guide to service provider feedback criteria ratings is below:
Adherence to cost and schedule
1. Exceeded budget by extremely high
2. Exceeded budget by more than 10%
3. Exceeded budget, but by less than 10%
4. Came within 5% of budget
5. Hit the budget exactly, or better
Responsiveness
1. Response times delayed my schedule
2. Response time was slow
3. Response time was average
4. Response time was prompt
5. Response time was immediate
Subject matter expertise
1. No expertise based on the work performed
2. Limited expertise. More knowledge a must
3. Competent, but not a complete expert
4. Competent. Knew most answers to my questions
5. Very competent. An expert in the field
Quality of service
1. Work not functional/was delivered totatlly unacceptable
2. Work has deficiencies
3. Quality of work close to specification (average)
4. Quality of work as specified
5. Quality of work above expectations
